Deposits
- A deposit is required to book all types of services.
- The deposit is non-refundable but transferrable to a new client.
Rescheduling / Late Arrivals / Cancellations
- Clients are able to reschedule their appointment if given a notice AT LEAST 48 hrs prior to the scheduled appointment.
- Clients more than 20 minutes late to their appointment will automatically forfeit their deposit.
- Clients who choose to cancel their appointment entirely will also forfeit their deposit, as the deposit is non-refundable.
